“I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, trauma and PTSD, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, depression, anxiety, and identity exploration. My approach is DBT-informed and also integrates CPT and CBT, allowing us to balance skill-building with deeper healing. Together, we’ll work to reduce suffering, build resilience, and help you move forward with clarity, empowerment, and a greater sense of peace. I strive to create a cozy, welcoming space where you feel both supported and empowered. While talking is often central to therapy, I also offer interactive options like worksheets, activities, and skills practice for clients who find a more hands-on approach helpful.”
